Indexing - Example 1 

When byREQUEST® moves a document, report or file into SharePoint it is able to quickly index the metadata found within the document, report or file.  The following example illustrates how byREQUEST® indexes the metadata found within a sample Word document invoice.

The windows screenshoot below shows the metadata found within the Custom Properties tag of a Word document.  As illustrated in the SharePoint screenshot, the metadata in the Custom Properties' 'Name' column was indexed as column headings in SharePoint.  The metadata found within the 'Value' column of the Custom Properties tag was indexed in SharePoint as actual data within the appropriate columns.  (View Example 2 - byREQUEST indexes data values found within a sample invoice.)
